International Company for Development of Real Estate and Tourism is an international consulting company headquartered in Sofia- the capital of Bulgaria. The Company focuses on building projects located in Sofia as well as at the seaside; consulting on marketing decisions , also investing in properties. Author of the basic ideas for establishing such a Company is the present Manager of the Company - due to his marketing exploration, discussions with representatives of foreign and domestic companies , Mr. Terzobaliev managed to get involved in Real Estate Market. Taking this into consideration, of vital importance are also the moral and financial support of all the Members of the Board of Directors - Mr. Said Arrata, Mr. Hany Elsharkawi , Mr. Jordan Nachev and last but not least Mr. Terzobaliev. Their undisputed professionalism and rich experience helped turning the ideas into reality. The basic parameters and politics of the Company for Development of Real Estate and Tourism were discussed seriously and approved by each Member of the Board.

Mr. Said Arrata:
President and Chief Executive Officer of CENTURION ENERGY- one of the biggest Oil Companies worldwide. Chairman of the Board of Directors of the International Company for Development of Real Estate and Tourism Mr. Said Arrata holds a B. Sc. Degree in Petroleum Engineering and has accumulated several post- graduate accreditations at various universities as well as numerous oil and gas industry technical and management courses. During more than thirty- five years of experience in the oil and gas industry in design, project management , production and drilling engineering, Mr. Arrata has held management positions with major oil companies in Canada and overseas. He was co- founder of a major contracting engineering firm operating in Canada and internationally for nearly two decades. He holds a directorship position in three other companies and is an active member of several professional engineering and industry associations as well as a Board member of United Way and the Calgary Philharmonic.

Mr. Hany Elsharkawi:
Member of the Board of Directors
Dr. Elsharkawi holds a B. Sc.( 1967) from Alexandria University as well as an M. Sc ( 1971) and Ph. D. ( 1975 ) from the University of Manitoba. He has several technical publications and has instructed several technical courses at universities and Oil and gas industry organizations. During his career Dr. Elsharkawi has been involved in projects in Canada, U.S.A. , Australia, Egypt , U.K., Libya, Tunisia, Yemen, Bulgaria and Venezuela. Whilst his international involvement began in 1982, he has held several key positions in the industry, most recently as the President of Canadian Petroleum North Africa, a wholly owned Subsidiary of Canadian Occidental Petroleum. Dr. Elsharkawi is accredited with the major oil discovery in Canadian Oxy's Masila block in Yemen and other discoveries in Canada, Libya and Egypt.

Mr. Jordan Nachev:
Member of the Board of Dirctors
Born in December 1947 , Mr. Nachev holds a M. Sc(1974) from the Mining and Geology University of Sofia. For several years he has served as a Vice- general Director of Bulgar Geomin, afterwards he proved his professionalism at GUNI- an American Oil Consortium ,taking the position of Vice- President and exploration Manager. Between 1997 and 2001 Mr. Nachev held the position of Chairman of the Board of NAMAL ( a Maltese Company). Since 2001 till present time he is a Member of the Board and Partner of Valio Oil Field Service.

Mr. Anastas Terzobaliev:

Born in 1975 Mr. Terzobaliev graduated from the University for International Students in Tripoli. He holds a B. Sc degree in Arabic Studies. During his studies he worked at TECHNOEXPORT STROI in Tripoli. Afterwards he has started work at NAMAL (Maltese Company). His professional career continued at AGROKOMPLEKT as a consultant for the Board of Directors and also Manager of their entities abroad. Meanwhile, with an authorization of the Ministry of Construction he holds he position of a Consultant for the Board of Directors of TECHNOEXPORT, also looking after and monitoring the contacts between TECHNOEXPORT and the National Libyan Oil Company, and relationship between TECHNOEXPORT and other Arabic countries.
